Greg Wood’s career in the Title Insurance Industry spans 17 years, including 8 years of direct experience with Foreclosures. His previous positions within the Title Insurance Industry include Recorder, Examiner, and Foreclosure Officer.

Since 1985, Greg has worked in the local Title and Escrow industry, 13 years of which have been exclusively with Mid Valley Title and Escrow Company—the parent company to Cal•foreclosures.

As the Foreclosure Officer for Mid Valley Title and Escrow Company, Greg was directly responsible for the Foreclosure Department emerging at the top of the local market and becoming the leader in volume among other local companies offering foreclosure services.

Registered California Notary since 1996

A true Californian, Greg was born in Van Nuys. His family then moved to the East San Francisco Bay in the early seventies. In 1980 they relocated to San Diego where Greg quickly became a fan of the ocean climate, along with the San Diego Padres and Chargers. Greg then settled down on his own in Chico, California, a town that sits approximately 90 miles North of Sacramento. After 20 years of living in Chico, Greg still often finds himself amazed with its deeply hidden beauty.

Greg currently resides in a Chico home built in 1906, which he shares with his two daughters, Natalie and Hailey.
